Their customer service sucks, they are more expensive than other options, and they routinely raise their rates.

I hate comcast.

i've had them for 10 or 11 months now, and the only problem i had was the internet went down, they had a tech out the next day to fix it. turned out to be a bad splitter.

I had them for about 5 years. I had Phone, Internet and Digital TV with them.

I have switched all three services to different companies, and I am much happier.

Could just be a Chicago thing. Our service with Comcast is great.

Yep. TV was about $50/mo cheaper (with MORE channels AND a DVR.) Phone was about the same. Internet is about $20/mo cheaper, but with less bandwidth.
