Uh weird? you ARE in another state, ya know

 

just checking to see if you were paying attention or not

 

Dealing with comcast is teh suxorz. Last night I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. Today I waste nearly my entire lunch break on hold. Finally a real dude picks up the phone and tells me that what I need to do can be done on the automated thingy, so he transfers me. After I enter all the info into the automated thingy, it tells me that my info can't be processed at this time. I guess I'll try to get an actual humanoid again and make them do it. Their automated phone thing totally fails.

 

I hate comcast.

I wish I had southern exposure so I could get Directv again.

 

That is so weird, we get really good service from them.

 

but their interwebz is sooo uch better than DSL. TV = LAME.

 

 

Generally, the service has been OK. In the two years I've been at my current address, there hasn't been a single service interruption. This is the first time I've needed to contact them, and they don't make it easy.
