Hey guys were just now hitting iowa. Detours rain and the time change killed us. Were not going to hit Chicago till like 10

 

How long will you be in town? Perhaps we could reschedule for tomorrow?

 

We may spend the night in Chicago or keep heading to Detroit, our final destination.

 

If we do spend the night any recommendations on where is cheap and may have some decent night life

 

My parents have had great luck staying at the Best Western downtown on Ohio street, and it's very close to an active nightlife area.

I'm presuming if you stayed in town, you'd likely leave early the next morning?

If you stay over and you'd like, give me a call once you get in. I may be able to at least stop by the hotel area and say Hi.

Hey guys bad news. We just had to be detoured round 2 separate accidents and it's been raining since this morning across all 3 states. That being said were about 3 hours behind schedule I don't think were going to make it. Nabil will post up next as I'm about to take over driving now
