Are you going to be making money off of this setup? (ie. selling a service)
How intensive is the usage going to be?
What OS are you going to be running on it?

Your answers could change my opinions, but off the cuff I would be looking at Core2Quads, unless you are guaranteeing uptime. Probably looking at more RAM, and a smaller case (a 4U is pretty big, if you ever need to add more systems or networking components space will be a premium).

Have you tested it to make sure all of that runs ok at the same time?
Virtualization products like VMware ESXi (free) or Citrix's XenServer (free) or Microsoft's Hyper-V (not normally free) could help you run all of those independently without too much extra overhead.

Its a hobby server, so im not making any money on it.

Looking at running either Server2003 or Linux with Server VM's as I dont think I can run the gaming server programs through linux directly.

What i plan(hope) to run are 3 to 10 CS:S servers, Mumble(Like ventrilo cept free), Website/forums, and etc.

somewhere between 4 and 6 VMs and your hard drive's capacity will be reached. (not the size, the disk queue length will fill up and make all the "servers" bonkers ass slow)

Wont be running that many VM's....... No reason to. I dont need to run an instance of each dedicated gaming server program per OS.

Don't know if you bought something already, but here's a decent option: http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/25549/Dell...rive--No-OS-325

It's a tower, but a pretty good deal.
