I had some of Matt's Absinthe last weekend and I thought it was tasty as all hell!! I took 3 straight shots and had a fabulous time. I cannot wait to order my own bottle!!

i had some at a bar in barcelona...did the whole melt-the-sugar-over-a-glass-in-a-spoon/fork deal, added water til it turned cloudy, got wasted. tastes like black licorice. i think it was the real deal...but real deal as in modern absinthe. not like the old days where it was real toxic, and more potent i assume. not sure i'd want to drink that stuff too much, haha.
