For what it's worth, some of my friends have had good luck using "cheap" tees, hoodies, or polos and using iron-on printed patches. Tees can be done in the $8 range, and hoodies or polos in the $15-20 range. The look is not necessarily "professional" but you can do 2-3 for the price Brad was quoting.
