[spoiler alert]
I just learned that Lewis took so long to get to the podium because he wanted to talk to Bottas first and say how sorry he was about the tire, and how awkward he felt going up to the podium. I respect the hell out of that move.

oof, I took a BEATING in the fantasy league this week. Ricciardo, Bottas, Grosjean, Ericsson, Alonso. Alo is the only one who scored points. Negative points for most others. Ended up with 43. My dad had 144, others were in the 130s. FML
First he blamed Ericsson, who was nowhere near him.
Then he blamed the wind, which didn't blow anybody else into the wall.
I think he just zoned out and pitched the car a little hard trying to warm his tires. Feel bad for him, but come on, man.

Now, if we're talking about feeling bad for people, how about good ol' Bottas. The guy didn't put a foot wrong all race and really stepped up when the team asked him to do like 35 laps on those supersoft tires. Only to have a little piece of metal (that probably fell off that rattletrap-ass lookin' truck that picked Grosjean's car up) wreck it all. Honestly I'm impressed that he maintained control of the car; the thing delaminated pretty quick and I remember when that happened to Vettel in Spa a few years back he went around and hit the wall.
I think that Valtteri honestly stands a chance of competing for the championship if he can stay out of trouble and have some luck. Consistency is key, and he's a guy who can do it.

The latest is him blaming a switch that he claims he bumped which locked the rear wheels. The replays I've seen is him warming up the tires and losing it. Real wtf moment there and can only blame himself. I don't feel bad for him for that, it's not his first time in a racecar.
