My center caps are officially 3 months overdue. Still no word on them. I'm getting kinda pissed off about that.

First shift engineers and supervision. We are no longer a "team" but it has become war. Our shift against theirs. I have been given the responsibility to log and track all the S#!T that they leave us and deny they had any issues with. I'm charged with fixing all the garbage that they have reaped the benifits of before. No longer! Their crap will be documented in full and reported to the VP. I'm (we're) getting sick and tired of being blamed for problems they created, for being criticized for low production numbers due to fixing the problems they created, and producing scrap parts due to problems they created. I'm sick and tired of dealing with their complete incompetency to inspect their own parts, and the inspection department's utter obliviousness to obvious missing data or incorrect dimensions. That, and there is an inspector in particular who has got to be the biggest piece of BS I have ever encountered! He claims to have 30 years of experience in the field, but the questions he asked during a simple GD&T class demonstrated that this buffoon can't even ADD correctly! And he has got to go around and write crap all over our sketches to show he is "doing a good job" even though he has no authorization to write on the sketches other than verification numbers. This guy held up our class for over an HOUR on a simple concept that everyone else in the class understood. Yet the company wont fire him because he is a total dick-sucker/butt-kisser.

AND DON"T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ENGINEER"S SON IN MY DEPARTMENT!!!!! GHUAARGH!!!!!
