This was at work Saturday.

Local Golf Pro/Golf Resort Head Manager calls us up saying we gotta unlock his account for their concession stand computer.

We tell him he needs to contact his Superior as they have the capability and we(the NOC) do not. He flips out saying he doesnt have one and that we need to fix his, and i quote, "Peice of ****ing shot technological retarded peice of equipment"

At this point i tell him to either call who he reports to or to wait a half hour and it will unlock him....

After the call, i realize. If this guy is so high up in the company, how the hell does he lock himself out of his account. lol

 

I'm getting sick of people yelling out their window thinking I can hear them just b/c I'm top down. Usually, my radio and other outside noise drowns out their pleas. Nobody ever attempts to yell anything at me in my sedan

Today, this lady behind me in her hoopty hyundai was sticking her head out the window trying to yell something. By the time I noticed her and turned down my radio, she shut up. I have no idea what she was trying to convey.

Anyone else here have this problem?

 

I get this problem as well. The worst was some guy on a Harley trying to tell me something. I was on the freeway, so I've got wind noise, exhaust noise, and then the trobing thunder of a Harley next to me and the guy was trying to tell me something. After a few responses of "WHAT!!??!!" I finally gave up and just nodded in understanding. I think he was saying my exhaust was glowing. But I'll never know.
