I got a raise! just in time for my 30th b-day lol

I should demand a raise....

Went from Intern to NOC Engineer in just over a year and have worked every shift at least twice in rotation....

 

i do clutches,trans,road calls,electrical diagnosis,rail inspections, pick up after the shop bitch, maintain shop equipment, A/C, weld/torch, fab custom tools, have top seniority, and tthe shop bitch is only a few bucks shy of what i make. which clearly means i am clearly massively underpaid. i should be making at least 30% more then i currently do just to reach the bottom end of the pay scale for what i do.

and i went from sweeping floors to doing all this in 5 years.

Also, the date went pretty well last night!!!

Nothing scandalous.

Considering I hadn't met her in-person before, talking for 4 hours straight seemed pretty good to me.
