Default New SOT supercharger numbers 135mm pulley

my numbers UNCORRECTED

for both a 125mm and a 135mm crank pulley

First graph has the HP and the TQ ranges scaled to relay more resolution hence the TQ curve at the beginning looks different then most people are accustom to seeing with a roots.

The second graph is more realistic in terms of a qualitative representation of how the power comes in; the TQ is instant I roll into the throttel on the dyno to reduce the stress on the drive train from doing repeated back to back pulls from a low RPM/speed

Tested the kit out at Talladega Gran Prix Raceway on June 6th 2008
http://www.tgprace.com/
minimum of 20 minute run groups
93 Deg F
Humidity varied 50-60%

The kit performed just as expected even though I was still tuning the timing curve for the track.

I did have a fuel issue due to hi G loads
Even with 1/2 of a tank due to the full TEIN Super Racing circuit suspension among other changes to the car the amount of G's the car is capable was starving the fuel pump; time for a fuel cell with a baffled tank.

Picture of the car in the back straight (approx 90mph at the time of the picture)

A/F are in the 12.1 - 12.5 depending on boost and RPM
EGTs on track were in the 820C (1508F) and was for the most part constant (within 10C)
Now with the final timing curve EGTs average 780C (1436 F)
DEFI EGT probe is located about 1" from the final merge collector on the header.
This gives an average temp across all 4 cylinders but is not as quick to respond if it was placed closer to the head. However since that was done on the track the probe had time to reach the and hold the peek EGT temp.
Header is wrapped extensively with 2 layers of Thermotech.

At the end of the 20 min run prior to starting the cool down lap where one would expect water and oil temps to be at there maximum
Oil was just a little over 110C
Water was just a little under 90C
Mugen thermostat/fan switch
IATs never went higher then 20 degs F above ambient

here is the video from the last dyno run.

A/F were 12.2 to 12.0 no indications of blow by in my catch can with a 5 micron filter to catch particulates despite seeing a bit of black smoke during the run.
228-230-229-233 compression
Working on a vented Valve cover/vented catch can setup; the dyno pull does not have this catch can installed

barley bounced it off of the rev limiter.

Last time some one stood behind the car when I bounced the revlimiter they got a fireball to the face

I think my modified oem exhaust sounds better then the Mugen

This Videos is with the Mugen exhaust

Nice gains there Mark.

Did you ever get another ride since the Subaru deal went sour?

no not yet still have the Tacoma in mind

Guys at the shop say I should just go get a personal lone and build a Factory Five FIA GTM. Especially since I can get all of the extra parts at cost....

Factory Five makes some nice kits. That would be pretty cool

I plan on building something one day. Since my grandfather just retired we have talked about building a rat rod or something like that. He does have an old Peugot (sp?) that we have talked about making into a rally car

Note My motor is proving to have better then average flow then the other AP2 running the kit.

Hmm.....just wondering what other AP2 kit you are referring too?

you got that e-manage tuning down to kids play!

I want to see what becomes of the "other" AP2 when they slap the 142mm pulley on he's getting?
