Default RB26 swap? NAH!

Aesthetically, this car looks like 10 pounds of monkey crap in a 5 pound bag. But under the hood, OH MAN! SO MUCH WANT.

badass, but I don't get why they didn't label it 400sx since it's stroked.

Agreed on the look, although it wouldn't take much on the cosmetic side for me to like it.

However, the power plant... WOW

I don't get how they put that much work into the motor and almost zero effort into making the body panels come close to fitting correctly.

Because racecar But sweet baby Jesus that engine is sweet.

I wonder why they didn't just leave the engine in the GTR though.

Perhaps to give it the "Sleeper" look. What would you personally think if you lined up to race a 240 looking like that?
That it was a piece of crap. Sorry but if you are going to spend the money do the entire thing right. Sleeper would be leaving it stock except for the engine. That just looks like a rice bucket with that has a good engine.

Clueless people here. It's going to be beat on trashed and clip more than a few walls in its future.. Why spend a ton of money on a high end paint job or making it pretty when I guarantee half those panels will be replaced in the next year?

I'm definitely not disputing the fact that this is a race car, and the exterior will get damaged/replaced throughout it's life. But, judging by how much money was poured into the engine and fabrication, I would assume that they'd have money to make the exterior not look half-assed.

Clueless, maybe. But a piece of dog crap studded with diamonds is still dog crap.

I swore I'd never go with Greddy electronics again (after two failed PROfecs) but damn that looks good! Regretting buying my HKS EVC-S last year.
