Nottinghamshire Meet - Sunday 24th Feb *
Hi all,
Nottinghamshire meet and run Sunday 24th February.
Start is at 7am in the car park at the Caunton Beck pub. Postcode NG23 6AB.
Drive to Colston Bassett and meet any others that wish to join here. Colston Bassett tea rooms NG12 3FD at approx 7:40.
Drive on to Stamford, last couple miles on A1 just to get to the OK Diner.
Please let me know if you're coming, and where you will be joining us. The more people and cars the better.
PM me if needed and want my number to call me on the day of the meet for any reason.

Guys,
Have had a look and can't see many meets around Nottinghamshire. Just wanting to know who is keen? We could easily make it so members from Lincs, Leics, Rutland can join in too. Weekends are better for me, and there are some great pubs to meet in. Once I know numbers and locations, I will put together a suggested route and possible pubs / cafes.

Guys,
Thanks for all your responses that is really great! I have heard god things about the Griffins head too. Shall we try that first and can always change it each time to vary the drive for us all??

The other thoughts I had were to drive up towards North Notts, perhaps Clumber area?? Or out to Rutland? This is only if anybody wanted longer drives and more of a run. Please start suggesting dates when you are all free...

I don't mind where we go as long as we escape the 50mph limits and SpecCamera mania that seems to be comsuming Nottinghamshire!
As for dates anytime is ok for me. I work Coninental Shifts so if I'm on shift I'll book a holiday.
