(Mar 9, 2013 is da winna) Pick a date for the 2013 Lunch Meet in the Albany area
Saturday March 9th is the winner.
The 16th came in a close second and I would like to set that up as our back up date.
This poll will be closed and a thread will be started soon (as in toinight)
Its been a while since we all met in person and chatted. Sure we've been chatting about cabin fever on the forum, but since warm weather appears to be about a month away, I was hoping that we could all get together for lunch.
A new distillery opened in downtown Albany, next to The Pump Station where they brew their own beers. I've been wanting to visit this distillery for a while now, but have put it off thinking it would be nice to visit this place with all you guys. The distillery opens at noon and we could do a tour and tasting at this facility and walk next door to The Pump Station for lunch.
Whats more, if some of you guys are game, we could also meet up for breakfast and beer at Wolffs Biergarten around 10 before we go on over to the distillery.
Please pick a date above that works for you OR post below and let me know what dates work best for you. Once I have an estimate, I can call and make reservations for us.
Here is the proposed plan for the meet:
10:00 AM - Meet up at Wolff's Biergarten (only if there is enough interest, so post and let me know)

I expect we should be done by around 2-3 PM.
All are welcome to attend this event. You will:
- Get to meet fellow S2000 enthusiasts
- Renew associations with people you've met in the past
- Make plans for the season
- Have a great time in the company of some very nice people
In order for the above to happen though, you will have to pick a date. Polling will close on Thursday the 21st at noon, so please be sure to let me know by then

All will work except March 2. Colleen has a wedding shower coming up on March 2 So that date is out for her and she will get upset with me if she is unable to meet up with everyone. I did have an opportunity to talk to the owner of the distillery. It sound like it will be nice. My shop is just up the street if you want a tour

I live super close so I'll be there; and this will be my first NY s2000 meet up. I got a bottle of Albany Distilling Co's #004 batch of Coal Yard. Interesting flavor, I've never had a non-aged whiskey.
Any date works for me provided my flights back to NY on Feb 22nd and March 8th aren't seriously delayed. March 9th works well for me.
