Default S2k knocking sound?!?

I can't figure out this noise. I have been researching it on the forums and I think it could be a spun bearing. I am getting my valves adjusted today just to be sure it's not that, what do you guys think?

I got my local honda to take a look at it and they seem to think that I need a valve adjustment

My car and many others do that, its cold piston slap. Does it go away when hot?

Mine does this as well. It's not as loud as yours, but it's the same sound. Stops as soon as it's half warm. I believe it's piston slap as Billman said. I used to worry about it too until I found out how many others do it.

I can hear it when the car is hot but it's not as loud as it is when it's cold. I been sending my oil samples to black stone labs and they been telling me everything is good, so I think it's normal.
