Ktuner coming soon
Today I had my ecu modified for ktuner. This is a new software that just came out and I'm the first one in the country to have it on my s2000, really excited to see what it can do! (simple NA setup for now)
its still in beta but I will update here, I have high expectations for this since the owner of KTuner also developed Neptune
Hoping to show off the before and after tune at the IMW S2000 dyno day June 8th

Going to be much cheaper than kpro or flash pro. Currently just in developers hands so no end user options yet but there will be once they finalize pricing and make it consumer friendly
Www.ktuner.com unfortunately they don't release a lot of info and is still in the development stages. This is the same way he rolled out Neptune as he wants to make sure the product is 100%

Is Ktuner supposed to be like a reflash type deal like flashpro? Just more hardcore / has more control, similar to a standalone?
I literally no nothing more than "it will be a new and apparently cheaper tuning solution for s2ks" so I can't even speculate as to whether this will be an option for non-DBW set ups.

This will only support 06+ s2000s. 05 and below this have AEM, kpro, haltech options

Here’s general information on KTuner. Please read the entire page before posting or emailing in questions. Thanks!
Initial Dealers: Our initial dealers are being announced and will continue to be added to the dealer list as we move forward. As they’re announced these dealers will be able to provide:
KTuner ECUs reflashed for swaps, tuned reflashes for your factory ECU, custom dyno tuning with a KTuner or stock ECU. The current applications include:
05-06 Base RSX, Manual and Automatic
05-06 RSX Type-S
Reflashes are base tunes developed by our dealers that can be catered to suit your needs. If you buy a reflashed ECU from one of our dealers, or you have your factory ECU reflashed or tuned by a dealer, you now own a KTuner license which will allow you to later upgrade to the end user tuning system with a discount applied to the retail price.
Our dealers are now taking naturally aspirated tuning sessions. More vehicle support is being added in and forced induction applications will soon see availability for tuning as well.
New Dealers: Those of you that have inquired are still on our list and we’ll be in touch with all of you soon to follow up. Those of you that are interested in becoming a KTuner dealer we’re now taking inquiries.
KTuner Release Without On Board Logging – $449: Shortly after dealers get KTuner you can expect the first end user release. This release will roll out catered to:
K20 or K24 Swapped Vehicles that are Non-Drive By Wire
05-06 RSX Type-S
05-06 RSX Base Auto/Manual
Any Other K Series Non-DBW Vehicles that have the newer pinout or use a conversion harness. We’ll have a full list of what you need available.
Then we will add additional support for:
2006-2009 S2000
2003-2007 K24 Accord
2004-2008 TSX
KTuner Release With On Board Logging – $529: Expect the second version release to come later with On Board Logging and additional sensor logging expansion.
KTuner DIY Developer Package – $299: We fully support the pursuit of knowledge. At some point in the near future we will release a developer’s kit. If you’re a developer or part of a group like pgmfi.org who want to start a collective public K Series ECU knowledge base you’ll be able to. We will have an inexpensive kit that will allow you to read out or reflash any of the supported ECU types. What you do with the data after that is up to you. You will not be able to read out KTuner or other commercial data from any ECUs that have been reflashed with commercial software.
General Information:
The Swap Market: Anyone considering a K swap should look into getting a harness from a 2003 Element, as they can be found inexpensively since Elements were produced in the United States. Hasport and K-Tuned will have race harnesses available as well. 2003 Element wideband O2 sensors can also be had inexpensively if you want to use closed loop with the system.
02-04 and 05-06 ECUs. Is there a difference?: KTuner supports newer ECUs, not the 02-04 PRB/PND/etc that some other brands use. A conversion harness can be used for older setups. A full list of supported ECUs will be released in the future. Our dealers will be able to provide compatible ECUs that are already prepped, tested, and ready to receive KTuner for only $199. We want to keep the price of ECUs from blowing up like it did in the 02-04 market.

While this sounds nice, I'd be curious to hear actual info about what ktuner can do rather than "hondata will have a competitor." At a price of ~$600 for hondata, it's hardly expensive, and available now. Yes could it do a few more things? Sure, but if people could post some advantages/etc to ktuner it might make these threads more interesting (this is the 3rd or 4th ktuner thread i've seen on s2ki). I had a hondata stage 2 (I think it was) a while ago back in the day where you had to burn your roms on a chip and pop the chip in. Neptune came a little while after hondata so I'm unfamiliar w/ it.
