Default Metal grinding/rubbing noise?

So I did some research on this and I found a few posts with people saying they have run into similar issues as I did, but each post has slightly different issues and/or depiction of the sound their car is making, so I just want to see of you guys have any more suggestions to my problem. Recently, my 05 started making this noise that I can best describe as if metal is rubbing or grinding against each other. Kind of like how it would sound if sand paper is rubbed against sand paper, just at a inhumane speed haha. I imagine if metal or steel being dragged across pavement would make a similar sound. From what I can hear, it sounds like its coming from the drivers side, not certain if its the front or rear. Anyway, it doesn't happen every time, but usually when I take right turns, or even on straights at random times. From my searching, people are saying symptoms like these are usually caused by the wheel bearings,or CV joint. Some one even said it could be the axle nut in a different, but similar post. Would anyone know whats causing this, and have any more suggestions as to what it is or any fixes? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Here is a video I took of the sound when it was happening. I know it sounds like it happens when I am braking, but not always. It happens when im accelerating, braking, or just cruising in neutral..

You can clearly hear the scraping sound. Anyone have any idea what it could be? :\

I had a similar noise and it turned out to be the brake pad wear indicator. Check how much life is left on your brake pads.

Oh really? So it can happen even if you aren't braking? Cause the sound for me doesn't only happen when braking. Ill check it out though, it is time to change pads. Thanks!
