♣ DUNSFOLD WINGS AND WHEELS - 2014 - Sun 24th August *
The club had a really enjoyable day at this event in 2013 - even the weather was good for us. 
Our stand created a lot of interest from the crowd and may have even helped get some new owners and club members. Depending on numbers we will do probably just one day - but if enough interest then I'll book us in for both. I hope we can have many more cars on the stand this year and actually get to do the drive by parade this time 
Event Information:
The Wings & Wheels team need your help to create an exciting, interactive Wheels Zone for 2014.
Sticking to the two day format the Show’s confirmed dates for 2014 are Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August and we’d like to invite you to join us and participate in the Wheels Club Zone & Parade.
Wings & Wheels is now offering clubs the fantastic opportunity to show off your beautiful machines in a 1500m crowd line *parade before parking up in a dedicated Wheels Club Zone. We’ll provide clubs with up to a 20m x 20m pitch where we want you to do the most imaginative and creative display with your vehicles. Awards will be made for the best displays and Wheels Club participants are encouraged to promote their club, sell merchandise, display branded banners or flags and erect gazebos or marquees in order to make displays more appealing. Not part of a club? Then don’t worry you’re catered for too and will be positioned with other solo entries.
Join the Wheels Club Zone & Parade for only £15 per participant and you’ll receive:
• 25% discounted entry on passenger tickets (max 3 per car)
• 5 hour air display which has historically included the Red Arrows, BBMF, Vulcan and Wingwalkers
• 32 acre arena with shopping and attractions
• Crowd line *parade
• Flexibility to leave when you want
• Free camping
• Attend one or both days
• Support from a dedicated Wheels Zone Manager
• Evening entertainment
How to buy tickets:
Tickets are available at a discount for our club.
Driver & car: £15
Adult Passenger: £15
Child Passenger: £4.50
Step 1 - make payment by bank transfer to:

Step 2: This bit is important so we can tie the payment to you and issue the tickets.

- Your name (first name AND surname please)
- Name of person who paid for the ticket if it is different from above

- The address you want me to send the ticket to
- Contact info (e.g. a phone number or email address ) in case I need to check anything with you.
Note: the pitch we have will limit us to around 18 cars. There is no cut off date yet for payment but I expect it to be a few weeks before the event.
The club will only be having a stand on SUNDAY 24th. You can also get a discount ticket for the whole weekend. Contact me if you need further info on this option.

Andy,
We really enjoyed last year - promise we'll do better on the picnic front this time (quite a competition this year!)
Probably would only be able to make the Sunday as historically we go to the P'boro beer fest on the Friday night

We're planning candelabras, champagne and smoked salmon this year. Might need another support vehicle
