Default Mtec drilled and grooved brake discs

Is anyone running this set up?

Pricing looks very reasonable and reviews online on quaility seem to be positive?

Anyone got any opinions on these?

Very much considering ordering a set

Many thanks in advance

Dillon

Unless you are tracking your car stick to plain disks. Do you really want to stop quicker than the guy behind you? think about it.

An odd comment.

Rather that than run into something ahead of you...

My experience with grooved was that they simply wore the pads out faster, so a bit of a waste of money. No difference to stopping distances or overheating.

I think Rhauri is running them too and he likes them.
I don't think there is as big a chance that the dimpled discs may crack as there isn't a hole as such, to crack from.

Thanks a lot lads that's all really helpful gonna invest in a set of dimpled and grooved ones

Even if there is only minimal improvements in braking they are worth the investment for the look alone IMO

Thanks again everyone - great info
