I hope you didn't remove the TCT, then try to reinstall without retracting........this would explain everything. If so, do not run the engine at all until its fixed. You don't need the dealer for this, as the drive alone could destroy the engine and camwheel bushing due to over tension.

There are no parts that can fall from the VTEC solenoid if you remove it from the engine, the only thing there is the VTEC gasket/screen. Only if you remove the top half of the VTEC valve can the VTEC piston fall out.

The outcome of this could be quite interesting.

Yes I did remove the TCT too and reinstalled it. Is that why when I crank it up. It sounds like that? Like the belt is loose or hitting on something

Did you take the top cap off the tct and retract the piston back with a bolt? If not that's your problem guaranteed.

The noise is the timing chain grinding itself apart along with the cam wheel bushing.

I may have. What should I do? just take it to Honda just to fix it? It might not cost that much right cuz I don't think nothing is broken. I just turn it on and then off cuz of the noise

Do not go to Honda, do not start the car. Take the tct back out, retract it properly, then reinstall.

It is actually quite hard to lose a part of the tct inside the engine.

Take it back out, now. Lay all the parts out and take a pic and post it here, let's go from there. I will link you to retracting method afterwards.

To be clear, you need to follow Billman's advice. If the TCT is removed it cannot be just reattached as is. It must be "retracted" first. After it is installed a pin is pulled releasing the TCT to do its job. If you just reinstall it, without performing the retraction FIRST, you will have the issues you are describing. They are serious enough that you should not under any circumstances start the engine until its fixed. The good news is, as Billman says, its not that hard to follow the proper steps. Do as Billman says.

When I retract it I just reinstall it? The same method as when I took it out?
