Default How can I get my hands on a set of TE37s that will not require any fender modifications?

I've searched the forums and people have mentioned that there are a few sets of wheels out there that will accommodate the S2k's high-offset needs with the appropriate amount of stagger for a stock suspension/fender setup. Among these sets listed are the Enkei RPF1 and the TE37 (and others). I've always loved the TE37 but looking at the Volk website, and other websites, I have been unable to find a 17" set with high enough offsets. Do these exist? Did they ever?

Would really love to run some volks on my s2k but I don't want to fuss with fender mods or swaybars or anything like that... yet. Want to keep the stagger and close to stock widths, maybe 0.5" more all around.

All advice appreciated, thanks very much.

Get it custom made. If you can get 5 other people to join you who want the same exact wheels (diameter, width, offset, color). It can happen. If you want a staggered set, then you might need 10 people since they'll have to re-tool for making two different wheels, as opposed to non-staggered and making the same wheel with a single re-tool of the CNC machine for cutting the wheel.

Good luck

Your best bet might be something along the lines of non-staggered 17x9 +60. There might be enough people interested in having a set of those. If you do something goofy like a staggered 17x9 +60/R with 17x8 +55/F, you probably won't find 10 people willing to join you.

They do exist. I believe "S2000" spec was 7.5" +48 and 9" +65.

There is a set here, looks like non-staggered 9" +65:

These are sold but give you an idea what they look like. Keep in mind they will have a flat face.

Mine are 17x7.5 +48 and 17x8.5 +50

My fenders are lightly rolled and I'm lowered probably about 0.75" on coilovers. I rolled them before I put the TE's on but I didn't relocate the rear tab and honestly unless you're lowered beyond an inch you probably wouldn't rub. If you're worried about rolling fenders im guessing you're not slammed. I'm not running much camber either -1 on the front -2 on the rear.

The bad news is these are discontinued sizes... I'd love to find another pair of 17x8.5 +50 to run these square. The 8.5 will clear a 325mm BBK with about a 3mm spacer.

Thanks for the replies, fellas.

I'm not lowered at all, totally stock except for the hardtop. I do want to keep a staggered setup, doubt I can get people to join me for a custom build. But at least I know now that they exist and I can be patient and keep looking.

Hey, sorry I didn't see your reply to my thread until just now.

Just some questions: where are you located, do you have pictures of the wheels on the car, are you including tires, what are the tires and how much tread remains, etc.

Thanks man!
