Default Maximum sustained lateral G's

The other day (Thursday, I think) my roommate and I were out screwing around with his G-Tech meter in my S. He has had it for a while now, and it's an amazing tool. We were able to pull a sustained 1.05 lateral G's in his 94 3000GT VR-4 (Tein HA suspension, 245 size BFG TA K/D's - the thing was a monster on the street). With my as of now bone-stock S, we were able to replicate a solid .95 G's on a smooth freeway entrance ramp. At one point, we were cornering so hard my right ass cheek was off the seat! Has anyone had any time to calculate sustained lateral G loads in their S with some suspension/wheel/tire mods? I'd be interested to see what we can do given our perfect 50/50 weight distribution. My eventual goal with this car is to pull 1.0 G's on a regular basis on the street/auto X course. Thoughts?

P.S. - The HP calculator came in at 203 RWHP, pretty damn close for such a simple device!

Tire grip is the ultimate limiting factor, along with weight. Unless you drop a few hundred pounds and revise the suspension, street tires won't get you over 1.0g.

With R-compounds and a good suspension, sustained 1.25g is common. At OTC last year, JZR achieved a brief but "real" (i.e. not just a bump) 1.7g in a stripped S2K with a wing and massive racing slicks.
