Short term solution: on a warm day, unplug the bulbs to the rear tails and let it air dry.
Long term solution: may need to reseal the tail light assembly... the guys that baked their headlights maybe able to help w/ this one

If your car is still under warranty then its covered....
Moisture in the lamps means there is a leak in the hotmelt between the lens and the housing. One way to dry it out is to hold your brake pedal down for a while. The higher intensity of the stop lamp usually has enough heat to dry it out. If that dont work, take the lamp apart (not reccomended unless you really know what your doing) and reseal it. The last option is to replace it.
Good Luck

You got condensation in your rear?? Man that is wacked!
However, gerbil fur should dry that up nicely, without scratching!

Put a dessicant bag on a string and insert it through the bulb hole. Leave it there a few days and it should dry up the moisture. You may have to replace the dessicant bag once or twice, depending on the amount of moisture.
Try to get the type that comes with big crystals of dessicant and not the salt grain type. The latter tends to be a bit powdery and may leave grains in the tail light fixture.
I get it from work where we put these bags in Telephone repeater cases in manholes or pedestals. You know any telephone guys that work outdoors doing technical stuff? You may also try your local Cable TV technician. They use dessicant bags to dry line amplifiers that get damp outdoors.
Good luck finding the stuff.
