If you have only asked yesterday I would have asked today Honda cause I was there to pick up my Monte Carlo Blue colour touch-up paint.

I will check the service book...

Nik2000 you really missed quite a night on Tuesday. Why you didnt follow?

thanks, I'll try to find as well.

In the service manual it says that in order to replace the fuel filter you have to take out the rear panel as well. but in order to take the rear panel out you must take out the whole top (is that true?), and therefore the labour must be very expensive for just the fuel filter!!

has any of you replaced the filter to tell me?
thanks

thanks energetic, but if you see at the next page, 11-114, at the top, it says remove rear panel (see page 20-71) but in order to perfom the removal of the rear panel as descrided on page 20-71, you problaly must remove first the top. is that correct? do you think that u can remove the rear panel without taking of the top. there is not enough space available!!!

what do you think?

To make a long story short nick2000 the EUROSERIVE schedule for our S's fuel filter is every 36,000 Km. Dont worry about the cost... its minimal.

PS... what red light?

You dont have to remove the soft top, only the rear tray/trim. Check page (20-71).
