Very different; the Pole Positions are much wider/spacious compared to the support offered by the RSG. The bolsters are lower on the Pole Position as well - usually good for people with 35 or larger waist lines.

I've had a USDM SPG in another car and now a RS-G in the S2K. I like the RS-G more. Btw, Recaro Japan has re-designed the side rails from the pictures at the beginning of this thread.
