I am SEVERELY worried that i messed something up and bent vales messed up pistons and all that horribly stuff I am very paranoid right now and cannot get sleep. I dont know what i should do...if Bill man or anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it!!

get a scanner and make sure the CEL is from the too rich code.

Then pull the valve cover off and inspect the valves from above, try to see if you can see any damage.

Althought not the best route, its a start.

What you should really do is pull the valves and inspect each one.

There is no reason to pull valves and inspect each one, that's what a leakdown test is for.

I'd start by fixing the CEL. If there is no way to get around the CEL on the 06 with a test pipe, then get rid of the test pipe.

AP2s are difficult to damage, I'll bet you're fine by your explanation.

If you wanna pull the v-cover and make sure all is good we could do that too.

You can have a bent valve that is very very slightly bent and the car still may run fine at idle, and the power loss will be minimal to be able to be detect w/ the butt dyno. The cel should pick this up but I'd be most comfortable doing a leakdown test as Bill said.
