Ok my turbo build is basically complete. I need to hook up my water
cooling lines for the turbo & from what I hear you tap underneith the
throttle bodie. I'm still confused on from which side of the turbo to where..
Does any one have any thing they can add please?
Or any detailed pics with instructions would be ultimatly appriciated.
Pfab provided me with rubber lines for water cooling. I have steel braided
for the oil lines, should I get steel braided for the water lines? Also in
the pics that were posted, is that you water lines that are connected right
above the oil filter that are running to your turbo?
Thank you for your pics, info, and time.
I appriciate it a lot
My setup uses the lines from the throttle body coolant setup. When I was NA I had it setup for a bypass, now those lines are going in and out of the turbo.
I took mine from where the stock oil cooler would be, so the pipe that ran across the front of the block now goes into the turbo and the one from the side of the block goes into the turbo
the are very short lines so not to much mess, shame my engine bay is filthy
Thanks for the feed back every one I'll work on it today
if I don't get stuck playing MW2 & I'll take some picks.
Any other picks of vaccum & or water cooling set ups will
be ultimatly appriciated.
