Unless its the wrong plugs you are using right now, otherwise its too early to be plugs, is your car modified or stock, you need to give more details in order for others to help.

Let's see...bogging on a S2000 with 69K that all you've done is change the oil:
-change the air filter
-clean the entire fuel system (including IAC valve and throttle body/plate);use 93 octane top tier fuel
-check the spark plugs
-change PCV valve
-turn the air conditioner off
After you fix the bogging problem:
-change the tranny fluid
-change the diff fluid
-bleed the clutch
-bleed the brakes
-wash and wax your car
-go for a drive and enjoy yourself!

^^ I like your list. As soon as i bought my s2k:

1.) changed PCV
2.) Checked plugs
3.) changed tranny fluid
4.) changed diff fluid
5.) bled clutch
6.) changed oil
7.) wash/wax

lol. She runs like a champ. Got it with 43.6k and now it's at 58.6k

Agreed with the recommendations. Any CELs being thrown? Is it overly hot where you are at? The car shouldn't bog like that (with the exception of heat soak and/or running AC).
