Buddy Club N+
Hey guys, about to do a Buddy Club N+ Damper install on an AP2 and had a few questions before doing so.
1. Do these coilovers come preloaded already? If not, does anybody know the preload settings?
2. In order to adjust the height, do you adjust them by turning the bottom of the strut like other such coilovers? Anything different need to be done for the front and rear?

I installed mine a few weeks ago. Here are the settings that I borrowed from a user in the buddy club n+ thread:
——————
Rear:
from top hat to center of bottom bolt hole -16 3/8 inches
lower top locking collar to bottom locking collar -2 3/4 inches
Front:
top hat to center of bottom bolt hole -20 3/4 inches
lower top locking collar to bottom locking collar -6 1/8 inches
This was all with 1.5 turns for preload
——————
I started with these settings and then went a little more aggressive on the height once installed. I am fairly OCD so I spent a few hours the next week after they settled to get the height just right for me. They are very easy to adjust while on the car. I would start with these settings then adjust after they settle to the ride height you like.
Also, while it may seem like they come preloaded, I still loosened them and did it myself. I loosened the top collar, tightened them finger tight, then went another 1.5 turns as the guy above stated.
