Rear passenger reo50 blew out this morning on the way to work.
Looking for a set of replacement rears, possibly Direzza Sport z1 Star Spec, or maybe back to the OEM reo50.

Can anyone recommend a place/tire in the Pasadena area?

I would highly recommend Dunlop Star Specs. They offer a lot more grip than the RE050 and are cheaper too. I would get the 255 in the rear and 225 in front instead of 215 and 245.

hit up Andrew at Island Tire in Pasadena. He might have to order the tire for you but hes a straight up guy.

I decided to go with Henry over at Temple City Auto, he had the best deal on the Star Specs.
I'll update this thread with comments on his craftsmanship on the mount, balance, and his alignment services.

Yes, Henry does to do top notch work.
I just got back from his shop.
He gave me a very competitive price on the star specs.
His attention to detail on the alignment was awesome.
Definitely recommend, and will be back for my future tire needs.
