Default How do you fix this gauge lighting problem?

How do you fix this gauge cluster lighting problem? Trying to help my friend out.

So far I know I think I need 1 bulb for the volume button, and the part number should be 35855-S2A-A11.

But what about the Tachometer? its very dim where the lower rpm is, its both dim if the headlight is on or not.

It's going to be expensive, but I suggest changing out pretty much all of them. You're going to kick yourself after pulling the cluster and then another goes out a couple weeks later.
