Default How much to have the clutch replaced?

My 06 S: 88k; on the freeway in 6th gear, I step on the gas and it winds up to 8k like it's in neutral.

What did they replace? $600 includes new clutch, pressure plate, and labor? All OEM?

Yeah it was actually about 628 328 for an oem clutch on egay and 300 for the install.

I used Shane at alieso viejo auto service he does alot of s2000's and owns one himself.

FWIW based on my own experience talking to him and people who are reliable that have done work there. I would never take my car to Ballade for anything.

I'm sure with your S2k in its current condition you would rather go to a trust worthy shop that is close to you. You don't want to have issues traveling 65+ miles from Burbank area just to get your clutch replaced.

Tony Fuchs has been working on Hondas for 15+ years and is one of the original Quick 8 NHRA Import Drag race competitors. Changing a clutch is a cake walk for people like him and myself, so no need to travel to OC for this to be done. GL to you

for Tony Fuchs and Alex @ Ballade. I've had work done at both shops and both were excellent. Highly recommend them.
