They hardly ever looked like they were driven on.... I would say 95% or greater.

Those are some good prices - I got quoted like around 1,000 for a new HKS dual from a vendor here... idk how the hell they jumped in price so much. Plus its a popular exhaust so no one really sells them used. I had a hard time finding one when I was in the market.

I think there is something up with the way they are being shipped now these days... I swore I overheard someone saying that they dont supply the US anymore or something along those lines...
$400.00 is def reasonable, and its never been modified - I love the combo of CAI>>Header>>CAT DELETE>>HKS - I got a lot of nice remarks from ppl.

I'll except OBO on any of the items listed above to locals, esp if its a pick up, but don't press your luck since the prices are pretty fair.
