Variables: It's an hour to Franklin according to Google (I thought it was less, guess we'll see) which is the start of the loop. Depending on how long we take to look at the waterfalls we might only go to the Citgo station and backtrack from there, it all depends on the time because we need to get back for the banquet.

My suggestion would just be to Citgo and back going on the southern portion of the "loop", based upon distance and waterfall locations. That should allow us more time to actually send at the waterfalls.
