Default best clutch for stock S?

my car clutch is 90% gone after 99,550 miles... slipping clutch even when i shift into 5th or 6th... today i was on the highway and stepped on it in 5th gear... and clutch started to slip badly.. soon the car wont be even able to move...

car is stock except:

Invidia 70mm dual exhaust
K&N 3'' intake
T1R crankshaft pulley

and clutch slipping started when I installed Volks ce28n 17x7.5/9 with 225/255...

notice clutch slipping occurs even when im at high speed and press the throttle to the floor... I try to take off as soft as i can so i can move... if not it will slip :/

after that.. what is a nice clutch to replace the oem one? im not looking for a 500hp clutch or even 400hp... but i want something good and a lil more response able then the oem...

No complaints from my centerforce dual friction clutch. No buzz, it grabs tight, and its built to not be jerky when you are doing things like backing up slowly. You might as well replace the flywheel (a lightweight one perhaps) while you are at it, simply because its likely it has scorching on it, and I'd prefer to just swap it out rather than have to take the flywheel off and get it resurfaced (if you can find a place that has a machine that can resurface our flywheels.. the pegs get in the way).

as it sits OEM everything

up to about 400hp OEM disk and act pressure plate

I had a competition clutch pressure plate laying around so I used it with OEM disk. the oem disk is about .006" thicker so until the clutch wears a bit I had to adjust the master cylinder waaaay out so it wouldnt always be engaged. kinda ghetto but works without an issue

Sorry for the late reply I was working... so OEM will do the trick then... was thinking the same since the OEM clutch lasted me almost 100k with highway roll outs and hard shifting...

so OEM clutch and aftermarket pressure plate?

will need throw out bearing the one i have is starting to grind so I'll just install a new one

as for lightweight Flywheels Im good with the AP1 one... its light enough for me

I dont launch the car but I do take off then step on it like a monster after I reach ~5mph (roll launch?) so I dont want any kind of slipping during that... Civic owners around force me to hard drive my S2K...

after that Essay...

OEM clutch + ??? brand pressure plate??

OEM with act pressure plate OEM bearing and throw out bearing, resurface the flywheel that you want to use ,Grease it all up nice in the spots the helms specifies and enjoy for another 100k

I have been seeing many problems with clutch master, competition clutch, science of speed.

ACT pressure plate H021 and everything else stock FROM HONDA (not an ebay equivalent that says OEM) is the way to go over 100k trouble free miles.

Mine has 110k on it, and still performs like new.

Chromoly flywheel is a good upgrade as well. ACT prolite is a great choice.
