With a jump like that, I think it will shift the bottle neck to a different part of the system. Id be happy with 15-20% gain.
The intake will limit as it will create back pressure there. The engine is tuned/limited to 18 psi on pump gas, so it should hit that before a 30% absolute gain in flow/power.

The turbo should spool like a son of bitch. I wanted a few hundred rpm sooner, 500 max, but with that exhaust port, it may spool quicker than that.

$1599 to $1899 depending on piston/bore size.

Details herehttp://urgedesigns.com/velocity.html

They real question is how long not how much knowing the history of head work with S2000's.
Completely agree. 2-3 weeks turn around time typical. Most of the work is done via CNC machines. Simple hand finishing to smooth out a few things. This head was turned out in 3 weeks.

Finally got a text and I know the before and after numbers for the Turbo head. I should get rest of data and dyno sheets this week. I will post soon after.

Baseline was on a Mustang Dyno, 398 @ 16.5 psi, Engine is fully build 2L, Sleeved, 61mm turbo

Only change was stock head to URGE designs/Endyn headwork, before after flow charts here
Headwork netted 13% increase IN flow, 30% increase EX flow using stock size intake and exhaust valves so a tremendous increase in air velocity

Any guess on power gains???

Really curious to see gains on the whole powerband and spool.
