Shop day
Installed two new A arms, lower ball joints and motor mounts today. The motor mounts were in two pieces and the compliance bushings were torn.

Biggest issue with the compliance bushings is determining if they are or are not bad. Both times on the motor mounts, I have seen a trail of dried fluid down their sides on area that was otherwise clean (a sure sign). However, I should have done mounts sooner as both times the mounts were completely sheared in two.
I have found no way to check the Compliance bushings short of pulling the arms (which isn't too hard). I'd bet if you really did a good job of marking the adjustment cams you could pull them, check them and then get 'em back on very close to the same alignment were in (assuming they were good). having said that, vertical compliance adjusters are notorious for having to be cut out (both times mine have come out without cutting). These were really rusty, so I have ordered a new set.
FYI - My S is an '08 with about 95,000 miles. I am sure that the two years of autocrossing has hastened their demise. So if you have an older S, you may want to check these (and may want to think twice about autocrossing).
Mounts, Arms (you can't buy OEM compliance bushings for the S), and lower ball joints are just shy of $900. The compliance adjusters and bolts add about another $30.
I used Boch Honda this time they have better prices than Majestic!
Discount OEM Honda Parts & AccessoriesNo handling fee and I left parts in the cart for a day while I shopped around and I got an email to take another 5% off!

I need to do the bushings on mine as well @ 170K miles. I can visibly see my RTA bushings are torn and I'm sure the others are in the same condition. I replaced my motor mounts about a year ago, so I should be good on those a while longer.
Also, looking at these tires if anyone has experience/recommendations;
Falken Azeni's RT 615K
BFG Rival-S
Bridgestone RE-71R
Dunlop Direzza Z2 Star Spec
The Falkens are a tad cheaper, all the others are similarly priced. These will be on a second set of wheels. So, the only time these will be used, is during an auto-x or similar and maybe driving to and from the event (1hr or 2) or I may just switch them out on site. Looking more for dry grip on these, as I can just use the all seasons when the weather is sub par.
