Thank you for your suggestion, and as I would highly prefer SOS, as I mentioned in my OP they are booked for 3.5 weeks and I need a daily driver.

Update: My clutch was replaced quickly, professionally, and affordably by a highly-qualified Valley technician. I had a 10/10 A+ experience, and will be taking my S back to him for future repairs. The S drives 100% better than before - it was like I picked up a new car.
