Nurburgring Trip: 7/31 To 8/2 (sat-mon)
I'll be headed back to the Nurburgring for my third trip later this month. I arrive in Frankfurt around 6PM on Friday, 30 July, and I depart around noon on Tuesday, 3 August. I'll be driving the Ring on Saturday, Sunday, and a half day on Monday. Last year, I got the chance to hook up with Soeren and TrueDrezzer (two very good guys). Unfortunately, both are otherwise occupied this year, although I might get to see TrueD on Monday afternoon. Will there be any other S2K owners at the track that weekend? If so, it would be great to meet and hang out together. I'll be staying at one of the gasthauses nearby. Not sure, yet, what I'll be driving.

Hi Robin,
I'll do my best. The weather here in Portland has been gorgeous. My car, of course, is sadly still sitting in the garage, but I should be pressing the start button later this week for the first time in five months. Water-cooled turbo, here I come... :-)

Great. I hope you'll make it. I'll be there for three full days. PM me an email address, and I'll send you a photo so you know what I look like and can look for me at the Ring. I'm hoping to be driving a Z-4, but I've yet to lock in a car yet.

I'm on a plane on Tuesday night and will probably not be on S2Ki while I'm traveling. So, if you're going to be at the Ring, PM me your plans and enough information so that I can find you. If you send me an email address, I'll email you a photo so you know what I look like. If we don't swap details before Tuesday, we may both be at the Ring, but I may not have any way of figuring out how to find you.
