Hope it's cheap, those modifications only detract from the vehicle in my eyes.

hmmm i dunno what u talking about
Body kit looks naff and suggests it has been put on to hide previous accident damage - any potential owner would have concerns about the vehicle as a result of this.
19" wheels adversely affect ride and handling and will reduce overall performance.
Engine/mechanical mods would make a potential owner wary that the car has been thrashed to death by the current owner - why else would someone modify their vehicle this way if they didn't plan on driving it hard.

The equation works like this: For every dollar you spend modifying your car, take a dollar off the resale price.
You spent $10K modifying your car. So expect to sell it for it's market value (perhaps $40K) minus $10K = $30K.
I'm not knocking mods. Hell, I've done a few myself. But if you think cars are a bad investment mods leave them for dead.

What an delightful poster 2kturkey can be.
I have a view about most cars- whether I think they look good or not- but if it's a 'for sale' thread, it's not particularly nice for someone to come along and bag the vehicle.
Anyway.
2_and, good luck with the sale. Is there an asking price?

2_and, In order to help you with the sale I suggest you get some new photos. The background in those two shots looks like Hoonsville. Railway tracks and grafitti give the wrong impression.
Also, it might be a good idea to use some standard (or different) wheels for the photos. Those 19 inch wheels will not help the sale.

I think there will be a reasonable number of buyers out there who want an S with similar mods and may prefer one thats been modified by the previous owner as it normally works out cheaper for them. Plus it's a proven 13sec car which will help attract buyers from the target market.
2 and: Best of luck with the sale, however I think to get the most money out of the sale your best off returning the car to stock or near stock (if you still have the original parts) and selling them off separately.
2kturkey: WRT mods and driving hard; do you think that buyers think that many S's aren't given a bit of stick at frequent intervals?
