It was a shooting with no motive, it makes it completely random.

And you implying just because it happend in Garland, it wasnt random. I lived in Garland for 20 yrs.. we dont live any different than people who live in Frisco etc etc.

I'm saying that this is the second time 2 sets of random shootings has happened in the same city. Must be something in the water over there. If you're trying to tell me the demographics and quality of life is the same in Garland as Highland park/Frisco you must be kidding yourself. I didn't happen to see any $250,000 Christmas lights put up in Garland.

This isnt even about quality of life etc, saying that just because this was in Garland means that these shootings werent random is retarded. There was no motive, no targeted victims... yup sounds random to me.
