Default Fender near Front Wheel Caved from Incorrect Jacking

Long story short one of my fenders is caved in from the previous owner incorrectly jacking up the car. It's not really noticeable unless you look at it from the bottom. I guess the fender right behind the front wheel was jacked up instead further back towards the frame. I've noticed one of the bolts that bolts onto the fender on the bottom is also a little bent.

I was wondering what the best way to go about unbending the metal? Is there a method to unbend it without removing the fender by hammering it/bending it out?

I know it seems like common sense to unbend something but just seeing if anyone had any inputs for a recommended method.

A picture of the damage may help you get some suggestions.

I gently tapped mine with a hammer, also used grips ,then picked loose paint off & undersealed.
Very thin metal and reshaping is easy,
as long as you go gentle and if not too damaged.
As said a picture will show the extent..
