Its true, a base 300whp s2k isn't a dominating set up, its quicker then stock but it really just wets your pallet for more. Expect to be bored with the new power in about a month if you have a personality that is rarely satisfied. A 10psi/350whp SC starts to really wake the car up to being quick and that is probably just as or more so a jump from stock to base in my experience. At 375whp I was able to run a friends 2010 C6 grand sport (436hp) from 60-120 near even every time with me slightly pulling away initially but stopped once hit 5th gear/aerodynamics. At 450whp maxed out NV1200 I was pretty lethal, not much out there that could pull on me. Had many run ins with 600cc sport bikes on freeway and they didn't have anything for me. Can take out all but the top % of super cars out there.

Gotta remember with a supercharger the powerband is very peaky, where all those V8s make that power over a broader range. Just another variable lol.
