Default Anyone here have a 2.4+ Liter stroker kit?

Heard some good and bad things about the InlinePro kit, and it seems like nobody here has the Toda 2.2 (for the f20c) or the new 2.4L kit. I believe Crower released a 2.5L kit recently, but I doubt anyone has it installed and tuned yet.

Anybody?

How much power are you making? And what is a good setup for street use?

well crowers is still under development i believe...and its up to 2.47L basically depends on what size bore you go with because the crank is 97mm like the f22c's

what kind of power and budget are you looking at. i recommend taking a strong look at the tracy sports kits

seeing as how there are none of these in the states yet, i'd be open to helping out on the price for the first customer.

I'm looking for a minimum of 280 rwhp, and a total displacement of at least 2.4L since I have a F22c. Increasing it to 2.3L with the Feel's kit wouldn't seem very worthwhile at all.

To be honest, I hate to be the guinea pig in these kind of ordeals. I was originally looking for some feedback about the Toda 2.4L or Crower 2.47 kit so I wouldn't be randomly throwing my money away.

i wouldn't quite call yourself a guinea pig with the Tracy Sports kit... Tracy Sports is EXTREMELY reputable and builds some awesome cars, like the C-West Race car.... if anything you would just be the first in the States with a good bit of race winning japanese influence in your car. but it's your call... these decisions can be stressful.

C-west time attack car is using the 2.3L Tracy Sports stroker, Tracy Sports ITB, Tracy Sports Exhaust Manifold, Tracy Sports Titanium 70mm exhaust, with Motec.

296hp@8500rpm
195lbs@6000rpm

^according to the hyperrev

plus at a price tag of ~$1500.00 less then the Toda 2.4L, that allows you to spend some money on some other goodies.

Regardless of product though you're going to be running some very very high compression. I would just find it difficult to spend $8200 on the 2.4L Toda kit when the TS is only $6750 retail. Are you going to be running itbs?

I would love to hear some feedback as well on any of the stroker kits available but many aren't looking to drop that kind of money into their motors regardless of results.

get the 2.4L kit space out the head to lower the comp back to ~9:1 and run boost.

Are those numbers at the flywheel or at the rear wheels? I'm looking to make a minimal of 280 rwhp, and my instincts tell me those are flywheel numbers.

I would edefinitely consider running ITBs, but I wouldn't know how this will work since I have the DBW throttle system on my s2k.
