Official Is This Car Worth It Thread vol 3

Sorry to bring this thread back to life again but i missed out on the GPW AP1 that i posted above. Stuck in a snowstorm while the car was being sold
But i did find a Spa Yellow '02 with 60K miles. 3rd owner. 9 out of 10 exterior and interior. Mostly stock; Minor upgrades like K&N intake, Kenwood head unit, titanium header bolts, new brakes/rotors/tires. 10/10 VIN stickers on the car.
Owner does not know if the oil banjo bolts were upgraded. The VIN # is in the 3000s suggesting that it's an earlier production I may want to do this. I'll ask him about the engine number on the block after work to confirm this.
How much do you think this car worth?

Hi all. Hoping to get some forum advice on if this is a good deal - I'm looking at a 2006 S2K - red w/ ~20k miles. The owner is asking $25k.
Did a precursory check and a short test drive. Everything looks in order and there are dealer maintenance records that are current. No compression test done and I didn't get a good look at the engine, but it all looked pretty clean under the hood. Issues that jumped out at me were a chip on one of the front lights and the front left fender inner assembly is cracked/needs replacement.

Ok, so printed out that S2000 used car guide, went to see the car again, and basically went down the list. Everything seems to check out. Got the price down to $23,750. Feel pretty good about it, but wanted to confirm with the forum - is this a good deal? Should I pull the trigger?
I think I may have preferred GPW, but the red looks nice as well. Is red a desireable color for the S2000 for potential sale much further down the road? Saw some posts how suzuka blue was not that desireable and silver is just average.
