Default Circuit Garage

Lets get a list of people still waiting, never receiving, or never got a refund of products from Circuit Garage. Like some said he's basically running a Ponzi Scheme. I would like to get a list so I (we) can engage in pursing litigation against Stephan Daigle/Circuit Garage.

Save your emails from him and etc. I will be taking steps later this evening.

1. Sticky2k - Robert B ordered rear flares
2. wutthebun 3/28/2014 ordered F+R flares, hood diffuser, shift knob 12/30/2014 full chargeback
2/30/2014 full chargeback
3. notorious9i6 - 4/12/2014 ordered rear flares, still haven't got anything.

i ordered my shift knob through paypal i believe, and i got mine. Got it in a couple weeks. He answered my emails and kept in contact. took him some time but i eventually got my product. sucks for this to have to happen. From what ive seen he has a lot of passon for the S2k community and im pretty sure a lot of the big canadian s2k guys could vouch for him. I could to.

He was banned as a sponsor almost a year ago, and none of those old threads have been posted in for months.

If the transactions were done outside S2KI I'm not sure what you guys expect the forum to do, or if there's really anything we can do.
