Honda Dealership Woes

Asif,
The dealerships garage insurance will cover the extent of the damage which they are legally required to carry in the state of Pennsylvania (I'm assuming you went to a dealer in PA). You can file a claim directly with the carrier that covers their business insurance. If the management is unwilling to cover this, I would politely ask for their insurance company and file directly with them. This would be $0 out of your pocket and you can choose wherever you'd like the car to be repaired at. Hope this helps and so sorry about this!

My S2000 was originally purchased at Keenan. I found a spring spacer in the front spring after I bought it. I once went to Keenan for some diff washers and the parts person tried to tell me there were 2 different sizes for each bolt (drain and fill) and he couldn't guarantee that the one they order would be the right one. Totally clueless. I would steer clear of Keenan and take a trip up to Joe's (freq) to see Billman. Well worth the drive.

Keenan's internet sales guy allowed other sales guys to screw me out of being the first to express interest in a yellow s2k they got in trade back in late april. Not surprised their service is equally (if not more) shadey.

That dealership has cameras. They HAVE to. Getting someone to find the footage of your car getting hit will be impossible.
So many other places you could have gone to around PHL for this work. My house for instance..... we do Billman meets every 6 months. I'm in the 18067.

I was going to say to contact you and ask for referrals. Also, that you have tech days.
The Del Val region has a lot of knowledgable people there, many who have been around for a long time.
