**Alternator fuse keeps blowing** HELP!

blown fuse = little metal piece inside is split.


you kept saying "burnt" so i assumed the little part was still in tact.



if its blown its an overcurrent. look for something shorting. if you cant find it, then get a circuit breaker to limp it along in the mean time.

I know its years later did you ever figure out the issue because I'm now having the same problem with my Ap1 2002.

i had a similar issue several years ago. the cause was the ground wire in the trunk came loose. the solution for me was reconnecting the ground wire. i would recommend checking all the ground wires. good luck

Default 6 fuse keeps blowing.

having this issue with the #6 under dash fuse that keeps blowing.
