S/C novi1200 max boost for PNP fuel pump option
Hi all members
I'm researching and looking for maximum WHP on novi1200 blower
I'll go 3" SOS pulley to make at least 16 psi (16-18 psi depend on weather, elevation etc..) for E100 pure ethanol
currently walbro 255 PnP in tank installed but I don't think walbro 255 can handle this WHP (16 psi estimate close 500WHP or UP)
whats option PnP stock location fuel pump for handle this setup?
anyone run E85 OR E100 16 psi OVER 500WHP?

It honestly depends. What size injectors are you gonna use? Please consider ID1700s. also, you are high risk at getting belt slip with E100 and a 3" pulley, please consider ASP's larger crank pulley. I would also upgrade to a walbro 450 pump

i am making 16 psi at 8500 rpm and injector duty is 89% on id1000's with an areomotive fpr and 340 pump with iat's around 85-90f running my own custom relay wiring

I don't know yet injector duty cycle but if I run 16 PSI then might need bigger than 1000cc injector and bigger than single walbro 255 fuel pump IMO that's why I'm posting question here
BTW how many whp did you make with E85 with 16 psi?
