Default Adjustable cam gears

I'm about to rebuild my head trying to decide if I should get adjustable cam gears or not while its apart. My only concern would be not needed them to dial in timing/waste of money or the chance of them shifting while driving. Any thoughts/opinions or experience would be great thanks.

Mattie on UK forum has got massive gains with the latest skunk 2 cams at low boost, on a gt30r it's performing a gt35r at lower boost.

He has the dyno charts to back it up.
